Kelven Yang resolved CLOUDSTACK-1267.

    Resolution: Fixed

KVM agent instance is invoked through java reflection, need to initialize log4j in proper
place. Patch has been submitted to Chip for 4.1 branch

to /etc/cloudstack/agent/log4j.xml it works.  Obviously, I have no logs to show, but if I
run jsvc manually in debug I see:
