Venkata Siva Vijayendra Bhamidipati reopened CLOUDSTACK-778:

This set of changes has caused regressions with full vmsync functionality, and VMs on KVM
hypervisor also depend on having the vlan id embedded in them, and this change has interfered
with that. Kelven is looking into this. Reopening the ticket to track these changes.
