Subject [GitHub] cloudstack-docs-install pull request #30: update for 4.9.0

GitHub user pdion891 opened a pull request:

    update for 4.9.0

    * Upgrade release to 4.9.0;
    * update library for building from source.
    * Include PR #28 and #29. 
    * fixes some confusion about nfs,  to help #27 
    * CentOS 6 reference updated from 6.5 to 6.8
