    @ProjectMoon The unit tests getDefaultNetworkForBasicNonSG() and getDefaultNetworkForBasicSG()
are same since SG has no impact on the method being tested.
    The line "when(dc.isSecurityGroupEnabled()).thenReturn(true or false);" doesn't impact
test outcome. Thats what I mentioned in my initial comment.
