    Be explicit in regards to OpenSwan ipsec.secrets rule.

    According to:
    http://linux.die.net/man/5/ipsec.secrets
    
    A preshared secret is most conveniently represented as a sequence of characters, delimited
by the double-quote character ("). The sequence cannot contain a newline or double-quote.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/ntavares/cloudstack-docs-admin ipsec-psk-rules

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-docs-admin/pull/35.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
