If someone can figure out a community/ASF acceptable way of the ACS community owning a suitable
vendor-neutral domain name, within the community we have enough resources to physically host
it (including the space donated by BT via ShapeBlue).

One of the issues as far as I know is that as Apache CloudStack we have to be strict with
what we distribute. Meaning, we won't be able to push noredist stuff, which is a pity.
