Bharat, can you make this implementation public so we can parallelize the
testing and use this as the launch pad for improving the test coverage.  A
small group of us will be doing RM for 4.9 and CI is the main thing on our
minds.  We want to get CI fully integrated with this release, so being able
to piggyback off your implementation would be ideal.
