Although my system VMs all start up on master, I do see this in the
management server console output:

WARN  [c.c.n.r.VirtualNetworkApplianceManagerImpl]

from router r-4-VM bash: /opt/cloud/bin/getRouterAlerts.sh: No such file or
directory

SSH execution of command /opt/cloud/bin/router_proxy.sh getRouterAlerts.sh
169.254.0.196 1970-01-01 00:00:00 has an error status code in return.
result output: bash: /opt/cloud/bin/getRouterAlerts.sh: No such file or
directory
