    On latest master (without any fixes) I see that the config values (network.gc.interval
and network.gc.wait) are read correctly. Did the following:
    - Started MS
    - Changed the config values to 10 secs.
    - Restarted MS
    - Values read correctly and GC thread was running every 10 secs. Inside the GC thread
correct value was shown for gc.wait
    @wilderrodrigues On which branch did you notice this issue? Or is it possible that the
issue is something else?
    -1 for commit a0a230a/CLOUDSTACK-9188 based on the test on master.
    Regarding these network gc configs, the only cleanup that can be done on the code is to
remove the entries from as they are already defined in
