    Use java.io.tmpdir instead of hardcoded /tmp

    This was submitted earlier in PR #884 but that did not merge
    properly.
    
    This is a new PR with the same change.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/wido/cloudstack tmpdir-in-test

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/1012.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #1012
