Repositories created from SHA e9441d47867104505ef260c1857549f93df96aba with additional patch
to use eu.ceph.com to avoid build failures:

http://packages.shapeblue.com/cloudstack/testing/debian/4.4/
http://packages.shapeblue.com/cloudstack/testing/centos/4.4/

SystemVM template: http://packages.shapeblue.com/systemvmtemplate/4.4

Tested with KVM (Ubuntu 14.04 based) using the above repository (feel free to test using this);

- Basic Zone with SG, basic vm lifecycles
- Advance Zone, basic vm lifecycles
