It seems that this fix for Critical bug CLOUDSTACK-6590 (commit d9fcb877309ce176d5458e63bfd1a174344b5fce)
is only in master, but not in 4.4.

In order to fix this in 4.4 as well, I would suggest it to be cherry-picked to 4.4. 
Brian, is this feasible?
