Santosh, this is not an installation. I am merely running it from the source base. This used
to work just fine (and AFAIK, the only way to use marvin to setup a datacenter but not run
any tests).

Going by the error, it seems installation of marvin is an issue on the setup. Please install
the marvin available in master.

For simple installation of marvin, build cloudstack first and then run "python install"
inside tools/marvin folder.
