hi rajesh,

ran these commands on my xen host

[root@XenMaddy /]# vhd-util check -n
3fdfe519-a8e0-4a0b-9fc7-cd59465e53ab.vhd
cannot stat 3fdfe519-a8e0-4a0b-9fc7-cd59465e53ab.vhd: 2

[root@XenMaddy /]# vhd-util scan 3fdfe519-a8e0-4a0b-9fc7-cd59465e53ab.vhd
vhd=3fdfe519-a8e0-4a0b-9fc7-cd59465e53ab.vhd scan-error=-2
error-message='failure scanning target'
scan failed: -2

its showing failure.
