Hi Yitao,

Thanks for your response, we managed to solve it, the issue was with the user_statistics the
id was not set to auto increment, we removed the records and altered the table to have the
id column to auto increment and it worked.

Can u make sure that the vrouter of new network created ?never saw this exception before.
More related logs will be helpful.
