Subject Fail to create isolated network on the latest 4.4

Does anyone experience the same kind of failure while being on the latest 4.4 – Isolated
network creation failure?

Steps to reproduce:

  1.  from the ui, try to create the network using default network offering “DefaultIsolatedNetworkOfferingWithSourceNatService”.
You can either pass gateway/netmask, or skip it.
  2.  NetworkOrchestrator asks network gurus to design the networks. None of the Gurus can
handle it apparently, so the network fails to create.
  3.  You end up seeing this error:
