but here's my train of thought: packaging/centos63/package.sh is broken

[Animesh] John while you can reproduce the issue but  http://jenkins.buildacloud.org/view/4.3/job/cloudstack-4.3-package-rpm/
has been building successfully.   Can we not use that? I guess this may have been an issue
for prior releases too but has not blocked folks.
