Sorry, I didn't see a bug id on either 4.3(
d38a50343130f6f147e2c9c7b2e32a43f31c7e6b) or the commit it refer to picked

Then that can potentially be a blocker issue.

But still, the above information can not be known in the above commit or
the references in Daan's comment, which caused confusion I believe.
