Looks like the newly checked in code is looking for
/usr/bin/cloudstack-agent-upgrade.

I don't see that file in /usr/bin, however.

I only see the following cloudstack* in /usr/bin:

cloudstack-set-guest-password
cloudstack-set-guest-sshkey
cloudstack-setup-agent
cloudstack-ssh
