This is a little confusion. Should be "by using multiple cables, which one cable for each
PVLAN pair". And the last sentence is not necessary.

I think the following description is more clear:

"OVS on XenServer and KVM does not support PVLAN natively. Therefore, CloudStack managed to
simulate PVLAN on OVS for XenServer and KVM by modifying the flow table."
