Hi Amit,

If you want to run the mgmt. server installed from binary in debug mode. 

Edit the tomcat6.conf file in /etc/cloudstack/
Add the below line to the JAVA_OPTS 
-Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,address=8787,server=y,suspend=n
