Thanks Alena,

After I specify a list of black listed route CIDRs, how can I remove one of the CIDRs from
the list without disturbing the rest of the CIDRs in the list,

The code won't allow to specify routes in "10.10,10.0/24,172.16.1.0/24"
format neither for blacklisted routes, nor for static routes. The format validation will be
done for each cidr; and "," will be used as a delimiter.
