off, thanks for taking the time/trouble to go after this design.

My comments?
1. I love that it's colorful, not too grey 2. I love that Documentation get=
s a big box, not just a tiny link 3. I love the existence of the "contribut=
ing for non-committers" section too, but I suggest some tweaks. First, how =
about "contributing for non-programmers" since the term "committer" might b=
e unfamiliar to the exact type of person we're trying to attract there. Sec=
ond, rather than the image of people sitting in chairs, can we show someone=
 doing something more active -- or some kind of graphic representation of a=
ll those non-programming tasks?
