The basic UI for this feature is now available in asf/master. There would be couple of enhancements
which would be merged very soon . 
QA can go ahead and test this feature and documentation guys can test it in order to prepare
the release notes.

To configure IP reservation in a network: specify a valid guestVmCidr in the updateNetwork
List Network response will display the reservediprange that can be used for non CloudStack
