Thanks Jayapal for fixing the API issue .  Can you send a review request so that the change
is merged with asf/master asap and the feature is fully functional ?

Found the issue,  the parameter is command type is LONG.
Fixing it to UUID. Filed  bug  for this  CLOUDSTACK-1114
