Jenkins builds are not pushed straight to the Web site.

Correct. No different than a code fix, right? We don't re-publish the
code every time we fix a bug.

I don't see any reason to do this differently than code bugs. If you
need to verify the bugfix, pull the latest from Git and see that it
builds + is correct.
