FS is not unto date yet, but you can refer to [1]. You can also refer to
my original proposal [2], but since then due to the architecture rework
being done it made sense to integrate with message brokers. So what I am
doing is to push the action events, alerts, usage events generated by
CloudStack to AMQP server. Also, framework will enable pub-sub model so
interested components can subscribe to interested topics. It seems logical
to integrate your component as subscriber to alerts using events framework
and push out notification to external SNMP managers. Let me think through
and get back to you.
