What is the difference between tech docs and project docs? 
Keep in mind that our installation docs are going to need to reflect that the only thing we
officially release is the source. This means compiling and installing from source needs to
be documented. It looks like consensus is that we aren't even going to build convenience binaries
as a project, and instead third parties will be building and releasing binaries.
