Hi all,

Just an update on where we stand with the graduation process. The Incubator PMC has voted
in favor 
of Click graduation. The final step in the process is for the Apache board of directors to
our proposal after which Click will become a new Apache Top Level Project (TLP).

The next board meeting is mid-November, so not far to go :)

@Malcolm, can you double check with Henning or Will if the proposal was received by the board?
