Hi Deepak,

Shutdown unused FileTailingAdaptor is a welcome addition, and
DirTailingAdaptor can be extended to another adaptor to meet this
requirement.  The expiration period can be a global config parameter
in Chukwa Agent config.  I think the design is on the right track.
