Subject [jira] [Commented] (CMIS-888) Make RepositoryInfo Cacheable
Date Thu, 12 Feb 2015 09:26:12 GMT

Francesco Uliana commented on CMIS-888:

Hi Florian,

I did some further investigation about the problem.

I provided as a Session parameter, my own "org.apache.chemistry.opencmis.binding.repositoryInfoCache"
implementation while instantiating a new org.apache.chemistry.opencmis.client.api.Session.

The problem is that when it's invoked org.apache.chemistry.opencmis.client.bindings.impl.CmisBindingImpl#clearAllCaches
the parameter is overridden by the default RepositoryInfoCache:
session.put(CmisBindingsHelper.REPOSITORY_INFO_CACHE, new RepositoryInfoCache(session));

 the cmis client perform an HTTP GET request to "/alfresco/api/-default-/public/cmis/versions/1.1/atom?repositoryId=-default".
> The response from alfresco is always the same, could you allow some kind of policy to
cache globally RepositoryInfo?
