ObjectData.isExactAcl() is used if the ACL is enclosed by an object.
Acl.isExact() is used for applyAcl() and getAcl().
Please don't ask why. I guess this is a spec oversight.

But please open an issue. writeAcl() has to write the isExact flag for
applyAcl() and getAcl().
