It depends on your use-case. If you have to process all objects in a folder, you get a better
performance if you set PageNumItems in the operation context to a high number and don't use
GetPage(). If you only have to process a portion of the folder children, use GetPage() and
SkipTo() and adjust PageNumItems to your page size for the best performance.
