Subject [jira] [Commented] (CMIS-617) Text field on "expert" tab doesn't support cut / copy / paste
Date Sat, 05 Jan 2013 05:32:14 GMT

Peter Monks commented on CMIS-617:

Jeff, my environment is 0.8.0-RELEASE, Mac OSX 10.8.2, Apple Java 1.6.0_37.

Gi - you're quite right - Ctrl+... worked perfectly. I seem to recall being stung by this
issue with other Swing apps. Shame Swing doesn't respect OS-specific bindings. I'll close
the issue as invalid.

> The text field that makes up the body of the "expert" tab in the connection dialog doesn't
support cut / copy / paste, which is rather a hindrance given that the value that's typically
entered in there is lengthy, and some of the individual elements may be difficult to type
out (access keys, for example).
