Florian Müller resolved CMIS-566.
---------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: OpenCMIS 0.8.0

If getContentStream() returns a LastModifiedContentStream object instead of a ContentStream
object, the framework will check the If-Modified-Since header and set the Last-Modified header.

> The Browser Binding allows clients to generate a URL to the content of a document. That
enables pure HTTP clients to retrieve the content.
> The HTTP headers Last-Modified and If-Modified-Since can avoid downloading content that
hasn't changed and has been cached by the client (e.g. a web browser).
