Subject [VOTE][RESULT] Release Apache Chemistry OpenCMIS 0.5.0 (RC2)

72h hours (and few minutes more) have passed, and the vote passes as follows:

+1 Stephan Klevenz
+1 Florian Muller
+1 Florent Guillaume
+1 David Caruana

I will proceed with pushing the site/artifacts out, distribution of packages and then announce
the release @announce.
