Note: the previous comment refers to the bug CELIX-203, but that bug does limit the amount of testing that can be done for this bug.

Note that the bug can still be reproduced if you stop the discovery service early (i.e. before any of the proxies are registered).  However, the fix still appears to not have worked because after restarting the discovery service, it shows an empty list rather than a list of previously registered endpoints.
