Hi Hugi;

Yes, it looks like a bug at ASTNot#appendAsEJBQL swapping over to 
ASTNot#appendAsString and loosing the root.  I can take a look at fixing 
that later on today or tomorrow.

I hope you are otherwise enjoying using Cayenne? :)
