I didn't even realize that we require maven for 3.0 tutorial (hence my earlier question). Cayenne 2.0 tutorial was using JettyLauncher (a very nice, but obscure and currently unsupported plugin), so some upgrade was needed. Maybe we try to do the tutorial based on Eclipse WTP for the future releases? Not sure, just an idea.
