    Procedure call fluent API

    Implementation of fluent query API for calling stored procedures combined with refactoring
of recently introduced QueryResult interface.

    Refactoring of QueryResult API: QueryResult object now represents collection of QueryResultItem
objects which in their turn represent single item of query execution result.
