Same issue with 3.11.3:

# find / -name sstable*
/usr/bin/sstableverify
/usr/bi= n/sstableupgrade
/usr/bin/sstableloader
/usr/bin/sstabl= eutil
/usr/bin/sstablescrub

only t= hese sstable utilities are installed

what have I d= one wrong?
