Unavailable indicates that the number of nodes it needs for the query to suc=
ceed are known to be down

Either it=E2=80=99s a single node that thinks it=E2=80=99s more than one nod=
e and others are down (like you added/removed nodes to that cluster in the p=
ast), or your replication strategy for system_auth is wrong=20
