Obviously from a LAN resource utilisation perspective, the former would be preferable. Many thanks, Brian --0015174c16e6843e7104b1e005ec Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
Hi All,
=A0
I have a question about inter-data= centre replication : if you have 2 Data Centers, each with a local RF of 2= (i.e. total RF of 4) and write to a node in DC1, how efficient is the repl= ication to DC2 - i.e. is that data :
=A0- replicated over to a single node in DC2 once and internally repli= cated
=A0or=A0
=A0- replicated explicitly to two separa= te nodes?

Obviously from a LAN resource utilisatio= n perspective, the former would be preferable.

Many thanks,

Brian
