I would like to propose features around seeds:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-12627

I have other follow up issues like getting seeds from Amazon API, or from
JNDI/ DNS, etc.

I was hoping 12627 was an easy way to grease the wheels.
