Brandon Williams commented on CASSANDRA-15874:
----------------------------------------------

The easiest way to check is to look at the CHANGES.txt in the 3.11 branch: https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/cassandra-3.11/CHANGES.txt

> I am seeing a strange issue where, adding a new node with auto_bootstrap: true is not
streaming all the data before it joins the cluster. Don't see any information in the logs
about bootstrap failures.
> Here is the sequence of logs
>

> org.apache.cassandra.db.UnknownColumnFamilyException: Couldn't find table for cfId <UUID>.
If a table was just created, this is likely due to the schema not being fully propagated.
Please wait for schema agreement on table creation.

2020-06-12 02:29:51,892 StorageService.java:1505 - Bootstrap completed! for the tokens
> {code}
> Cassandra Version: 3.11.3
> I am not able to reproduce this issue all the time, but it happened couple of times.
Is there any  race condition/corner case, which could cause this issue?
