The first thing to do is not to pick random people. I'm not part of the Cassandra project,
so you just made me a recipient of mails I don't really care about (each action on a JIRA
ticket will resut in a mail sent to me if you make me a reviewer of this ticket).
If you are interested in participating to Cassandra, the very first step would be to reac
this page, I guess :
