Just two nits, feel free to do those on commit:
* {{CassandraRoleManager.getRoleFromTable}} is only used from {{getRole}} - code can be moved into {{getRole}}
* {{import org.apache.cassandra.schema.Schema;}} is no longer needed in PasswordAuthenticator
