Thanks! I will try to make some time today to see how the merge up through the branches looks.
I had not tried 3.0, since 2.1->2.2 failed, nor 3.X->trunk. This is something you could
check, as well. It is nice to add that commit message line and CHANGES entry for completeness,
or the committer will.
