Sylvain Lebresne resolved CASSANDRA-12572.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

Resolving as "Won't fix" on the idea that we can't easily lift the limit of 64kb for _internal_
2ndary indexes and that we don't enforce that limit for custom indexes in 3.0+. *If* I happen
to be wrong on that latter point (I'll admit I haven't tested it, just checked the code),
that's certainly something we'll have to fix and feel free to open a ticket for that.
