Tried this on Cassandra-3.7, 3.8, and 3.9, with both legacy and powershell launching, from
both a command prompt and from within powershell proper. Can't reproduce on this side.

This is on a Win10 pro box, JDK 8u102. I *did* install to a non-standard path that doesn't
have spaces in it, so maybe there's something going on with that?

[~tmatwood@pentucketcapital.com]: If you do a "java -version" what's your output? Also, what
about output of "where java.exe"?
